Tuesday - 7:15am, 9am, 12:15 (Yoga), 4:15pm, 5:35pm (UpBeat Barre)
Wednesday - 9am, 4:15pm and 5:35pm
Thursday - 7:15am, 9am, 4:15pm, 5:35pm (POP Pilates)
Friday - 7:15am, 9am and 4:15pm
Saturday - 7:15am, 8:30am, and 9:45am (POP Pilates/UpBeat Barre)
Sunday - 8:30am, 9:45am (UpBeat Barre starting October) and 4:15pm
