Tuesday - 7:15am, 9am, 12:00 (Yoga), 4:15pm, 5:35pm (POP Pilates)
Wednesday - 9am, 4:15pm and 5:35pm
Thursday - 7:15am, 9am, 12:00 (Yoga), 4:15pm, 5:35pm (POP Pilates)
Friday - 7:15am and 9am
Saturday - 7:15am, 8:30am, and 9:45am (POP Pilates)
Sunday - 8:30am and 4:15pm
