About Us

Anyone can work out and get in shape. But since we established Jazzercise classes in Concord back in 2000, we’ve been serving the Concord area with a new way to exercise. 

 

In 2019, Candace opened THRIVE Group Fitness as part of her mission to THRIVE through life.  As a three time cancer survivor, helping others find and maintain their health was one of Candace's main goals as a fitness professional.

In 2024, Jeni took over THRIVE and continues to grow the Thrive community with her

amazing instructors and Thrive members!

Our instructors will encourage and push you to strive towards your fitness goals while having fun in the process.  We have everything you need here - knowledge, experience, equipment and class options to fit your needs and schedule.  You'll also walk away from class feeling part of a new community, which is something you can't find in any gym," says Candace.
